With help from Commonwealth Engineers, Indiana Bond Bank, USDA, and OCRA, the Town of Flora, Indiana, was able to update its water treatment plant. Three new verticle pressure treatment units, replaced pumps in the wells, new high service pumps, rehabilitated the storage tanks, and much more!
