I must have read this incorrectly. Improving the effluent for discharge.  It sounds like you are using DNA microbes instead of RNA microbes. RNA breaks down all organic matter, chelates all heavy metals into their elemental form, when finished the water will have Zero pathogens, no compounds or any biosolids. You can even connect your facility to a waste water generator. As compounds are being reduced they loose electrons that can be collected and used.  In case you were interested in the leading waste water cleaning systems in the water. Your device will work just need to revisit the microbial portion of the device.
