Dear Phetla, zero desludging is not recommended as deliberated operation procedure and, as told before by esteemed colleagues, You would always have some excess solid generation. BUT I'm back from BD site now because Client had Dewatering line out of service for two years now (ETP for textile): not a good situation after all, but ETP was still meeting limits at discharge and MLSS were still under control, even prior of filterpress rerun.

I'm back from BD site now because Client had Dewatering line out of service for two years now (ETP for textile): not a good situation after all, but ETP was still meeting limits at discharge and MLSS were still under control, even prior of filterpress rerun.
