I strongly recommend  Multi chamber low cost Bio-reactor with high surface area which can be modular and put in parallel or is series as well. With collection of Biogas thus generated out of anaerobic digestion of vegetative waste and animal dung, urine, etc., further treatments of aerobic digestion/ aeration/ UV radiation etc are possible as add on and final output can be tertiary water with balanced nutrients for irrigation. Oil spills and greases are not allowed in. Best part is that BIOREACTOR Can be installed u/g or in stacks. Only for biannual maintenance, undigested solids may have to be removed.
